🌸 Quotations:
For taking a quote, it’s necessary that you have:
- Some reference of the character that shows in details the parts you want in your fursuit.
- Keep in mind the pack you pretend to purchase: head, partial, etc.
- Quotes are totally free.🌸 Sale:
- The sales are made only for people over 18 years old, or minor authorized by parents or guardians.
- It’s required 50% of the total value or the full payment for realizing your purchase. The other 50% of the value must be paid after the confirmation of project finalization.
- After client confirms that he will make the purchase, and before he pays, a formal e-mail must be sent accepting the conditions of purchasing terms. Your purchase will not be authorized if this is not done.🌸 Dispatch
- The orders are shipped anywhere in the world for free!
- Deadline for Brazil by outsourced company: 9-12 working days.
- Deadline for abroad by outsourced company: 16-20 working days.🌸 Materials
- After confirm the payment, we’ll present you our color chart and qualities. You may choose what pleases you the most and fits better in your project.
- 7 days after the confirmation of your order and payment, the materials are purchased. You can keep up the arriving of them, we’ll offer you the tracking code.
- We work with national and imported plush.
- You can choose the use of the imported plush in your entire project. The value will be added in your quotation.🌸 Refunds
- After the confirmation of your first payment, you will have 7 days for giving up your purchase and get the refund of the 50% paid.
- For refunds after 7 days, 50% of your payment will not be refound for a fine.
- We will not refound the value spent on materials after their purchase and use.
- In case of delay or defact in your product, refounds are made in full without penalty.🌸 Measurement
- We will ask the measures for the confection of your project.
- We will send a measure guide chart to help you.
- Measures may be sent until 2 weeks before starting the confection of your project.🌸 Wips :- We have a channel on Telegram where we post wips in large scale, so all the clients can keep up step-by-step our confections process.
- Wips will be straight sent on your inbox.
- The wips straight sent on your inbox must not be disclosed for security issues. We already had trouble with scammers.🌸 Blacklist:- We have a blacklist with bad clients who already brought us some problem, or has violated any rule of our purchasing term, thus being possible the rejection of future projects.

Keep in mind that when purchasing with us, you’re purchasing a product made 100% manually, there may be small damages in the pieces.
